If your microgreens arrive in a condition that does not meet our quality standards, please contact us within 5 hours of delivery and share a clear photo or short video of the issue.

We will personally review your concern and do our best to resolve it quickly.

If there is a genuine quality issue with your microgreens, we will arrange a fresh replacement within 24 hours, subject to availability.
